• Reduced prices for children from 7 - 13 years old inclusive. Children must be a minimum of 43 inches (1.1m) to the shoulder (being the height of the basket side) and must have a caregiver each.
• Infant child care arranged if needed, for the hour while parents fly in balloon - cost on application
• All passengers receive a flight certificate.
• In-flight balloon experience photos optional extra at conclusion of venture.
• Balloon merchandise is available at the office

• 1. Normal retail fares: First priority booking (credit card or any pre payment secures booking). Can be paid direct, in full, or via a sales agency with voucher, any time prior to flight. Fully refundable if cancellation due to weather or Aoraki Balloon Safaris (except gift vouchers which are non refundable). A fee of 15% may apply if cancelled by customer within 48 hours prior to flight.

GIFT VOUCHERS are valid for 6 months. They are transferable, but will not be refunded for cash or kind by Aoraki Balloon Safaris.

No refund will be given if cancelled by customer within 15 hours prior to flight Meeting time
