Meeting time
(1) Normal Retail Fares: First priority booking
(credit card or any pre payment secures booking). Can be
paid direct, in full, or via a Sales Agency with
voucher, any time prior to flight. Fully refundable if
cancellation due to weather or Aoraki Balloon Safaris (Except
Gift Vouchers which are non refundable). A
fee of 15% may apply if cancelled by customer within 48
hours prior to flight. Transferable. 'AA Reward Points'
offered to AA members on the presentation of their
Reward Card programme.
(2) Thrifty Fares:
A STAND-BY FARE paid direct, in full, at least 14 days in
advance of flight date, unless brought in on a stand-by
basis inside the 14 days. NON-REFUNDABLE.
Non-Transferable (excepting Gift Voucher sales). Can be
upgraded to Normal Retail Fares which have
flight priority for all bookings (even if a Thrifty
booking date has already been made). Can be
upgraded to a Normal Retail Fare, (but last on first
off applies). NO Special Offers, Discounts or Reward
Points apply.
GIFT VOUCHERS are valid for six months, and can be extended for $55 per person for every 2 months from thereafter. They are transferable, but will not be refunded for cash or kind by Aoraki Balloon Safaris.
